Before that, I was a graduate student in the Electrical Engineering department at Stanford University. My research advisor was Prof. David L. Dill. I was associated with the Hardware Verification Group in the Computer Systems Laboratory at Stanford.
Prior to joining Stanford, I completed my undergraduate studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. I was in the Computer Science and Engineering department there.
I spent all of my childhood in the city of Kolkata in eastern India. There I went to Hindi High School.
